Andy undertook his apprenticeship with Hillier Nurseries when he left school over forty years ago. He was trained in all aspects of horticulture and gardening. Since that time he has continued to work within the profession in various roles. He has a vast knowledge of all aspects of garden management. Consultations can be one-off or arranged on a regular basis depending on the size of your garden or the advice required:

• Pruning regimes for shrubs, roses, climbers, fruit & hedging
• Seasonal plant care for herbaceous borders
• Seasonal garden maintenance plans for yourself or your gardener
• Replacement planting
• New planting ideas within existing borders
• Tree planting and aftercare

After every consultation a written summary is produced of all the areas discussed and advice given

Our daughter Roxana has taken this a step further. While keeping with the wildlife friendly ethos, she has trained in all aspects of border designing from shrubberies and herbaceous borders to bulbs and grasses, she can offer a much more varied palette of planting and ideas.

Between us all we are confident we can design and supply borders for all tastes and situations.

Garden Designs

Garden Maintenance

With 47 years of experience I can offer all aspects of garden Maintenance. Including all aspects of Pruning, Herbaceous borders,Shrub borders,Weed control, Identifying pests and diseases. I can offer one of visits or weekly or monthly visits. My fees are £30 per hour.
